Who operates this service
Beijing Jizhi Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (北京集智创新科技有限公司) operates this product. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact service@kitedance.com. Please identify the product and your account or classroom, without sending passwords, API keys or private photos.
Account and learning data
If you sign in with GitHub, the service receives the profile information authorized by GitHub, such as account identifier, name, email and avatar. Essential cookies support sign-in. Signed-in learning profiles, vocabulary progress and practice history can be stored in the hosted database.
Guest learning profiles are saved in your browser’s local storage. Browser data is specific to a device and website origin; clearing storage or changing devices can remove access to it.
AI-assisted practice
To recommend exercises, the product sends relevant learning context, vocabulary and practice information to the configured AI provider. AI output is returned to the product to build your exercises. Do not enter confidential information you do not want processed by the service provider.
Connected services
GitHub handles GitHub sign-in. Cloudflare hosts the application and database. The current vocabulary service uses an AI provider selected by the operator. Browser audio features may use the speech capabilities available on your device. Provider processing is also subject to each provider’s policies.
Your information and choices
You can use the controls provided by the product and contact us about access, correction, export or deletion. We may need to verify your identity or the responsible teacher’s authority. Some records may remain in backups or be retained where necessary for security, financial records or applicable obligations. Contact us for the scope of a particular request.
Service providers and updates
Cloudflare provides hosting, data storage and network services. Infrastructure providers may process network and diagnostic information to deliver and protect the service. We do not sell your personal information. We will update this policy when the product’s data practices change; the date above identifies the current version.
