The service and its operator
These terms apply to this product, operated by Beijing Jizhi Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (北京集智创新科技有限公司). By using it, you agree to these terms and the product’s Privacy Policy. Contact service@kitedance.com for support.
Responsible use
Use the service only where you are entitled to do so. Keep account credentials private. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or upload material you do not have permission to use. You retain rights in your own content; you permit the processing needed to provide the features you request.
Kite Gallery is coming soon. This website does not currently distribute the app or accept payment for it.
Your photo library
Only grant access to media you are entitled to manage. Analysis and ratings are suggestions; you decide which items to keep, edit or delete. Confirm the selected items and saved copies before deletion. Apple Photos and iCloud control synchronization and recovery, and the app cannot promise recovery of deleted items.
App Store terms and purchases
When distributed through Apple, the app uses Apple’s standard End User License Agreement. Any subscription, introductory trial or lifetime purchase is subject to the terms and prices shown by Apple before confirmation. Apple handles renewal, cancellation, refunds and restoration. A lifetime purchase does not itself cancel a separate subscription.

Features described on this website are in development and may change before release. There is no promised release date.
Availability, changes and support
Features may change or become unavailable for maintenance or development. We do not guarantee a particular learning result, uninterrupted service or compatibility with every device. Keep independent copies of important content where export is available. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
We may restrict access for misuse or to protect the service, and will update these terms for material changes. For questions or a dispute, contact service@kitedance.com so we can try to resolve it.
