The service and its operator
These terms apply to this product, operated by Beijing Jizhi Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (北京集智创新科技有限公司). By using it, you agree to these terms and the product’s Privacy Policy. Contact service@kitedance.com for support.
Responsible use
Use the service only where you are entitled to do so. Keep account credentials private. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or upload material you do not have permission to use. You retain rights in your own content; you permit the processing needed to provide the features you request.
Classroom access
Teachers are responsible for creating student accounts, managing their classes and ensuring that use is appropriate for their learners. Keep teacher access separate from student access. Learning progress and points are educational records within the service, not money or a promise of a qualification.
Educational materials
Vocabulary, generated speech, stories and practice activities support learning and may contain errors. Review materials before classroom use. Printable materials and shared public resources are provided for use with the product; do not misrepresent them as official examination material.
Versioned work and account controls
Lessons and practice are stored by version. Deleting classroom items does not automatically erase every associated history or shared resource. Use export and account controls, or contact us about the records you need managed.
Availability, changes and support
Features may change or become unavailable for maintenance or development. We do not guarantee a particular learning result, uninterrupted service or compatibility with every device. Keep independent copies of important content where export is available. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
We may restrict access for misuse or to protect the service, and will update these terms for material changes. For questions or a dispute, contact service@kitedance.com so we can try to resolve it.
