Who operates this service

Accounts and team workflow
The desktop product and API can process account information, project and task metadata, team membership, workflow events and usage records to synchronize work and manage access. Local repository files, worktrees and application configuration are managed on your device. Task context and prompts you choose to send to a hosted model are processed by that model provider.
Models and credentials
Hosted routes use the operator’s model gateway. Custom model settings can connect to endpoints you configure; their handling of requests is governed by their own policies. Keep provider credentials private. Diagnostic and security records help operate the service and investigate failures.
Payments and existing records
Existing account purchases may use Creem or the payment provider shown at checkout. We process transaction references, account balances and usage records to provide those services. Payment providers handle their own payment information. Existing accounts and purchase records remain separate from the company-issued API tokens.
Your information and choices
You can use the controls provided by the product and contact us about access, correction, export or deletion. We may need to verify your identity or the responsible teacher’s authority. Some records may remain in backups or be retained where necessary for security, financial records or applicable obligations. Contact us for the scope of a particular request.
Service providers and updates
Cloudflare provides hosting, data storage and network services. Infrastructure providers may process network and diagnostic information to deliver and protect the service. We do not sell your personal information. We will update this policy when the product’s data practices change; the date above identifies the current version.
