The service and its operator
These terms apply to this product, operated by Beijing Jizhi Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (北京集智创新科技有限公司). By using it, you agree to these terms and the product’s Privacy Policy. Contact service@kitedance.com for support.
Responsible use
Use the service only where you are entitled to do so. Keep account credentials private. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or upload material you do not have permission to use. You retain rights in your own content; you permit the processing needed to provide the features you request.
Software under maintenance. Desktop downloads from the KiteCoding homepage are temporarily unavailable.
Development work and your repositories
KiteCoding organizes coding tasks, local branches and worktrees. You remain responsible for access to your repositories, reviewing generated changes, protecting credentials and verifying software before using or publishing it. AI output may contain errors.
Model routes and existing purchases
Hosted model usage and existing account purchases follow the displayed rates and the applicable checkout or account terms. Custom model providers have their own terms and charges. Maintenance does not create a new subscription or automatically cancel an existing purchase.
Maintenance and distribution
The product homepage is available for information, but does not currently offer an active download. There is no promised date for download availability. Contact support about an existing account or purchase.
Availability, changes and support
Features may change or become unavailable for maintenance or development. We do not guarantee a particular learning result, uninterrupted service or compatibility with every device. Keep independent copies of important content where export is available. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
We may restrict access for misuse or to protect the service, and will update these terms for material changes. For questions or a dispute, contact service@kitedance.com so we can try to resolve it.
