Who operates this service
Beijing Jizhi Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (北京集智创新科技有限公司) operates this product. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact service@kitedance.com. Please identify the product and your account or classroom, without sending passwords, API keys or private photos.
The company website
The company website has no advertising or visitor analytics SDK. We serve fonts from our own domain. Our hosting provider processes normal network and security information, such as IP address and request metadata, to deliver the site. If you contact support, we process your message and contact information to respond.
API tokens and administration
Company API tokens are stored as hashes with a visible prefix, name, expiry, revocation status, request count and last-use time. Plaintext tokens are shown only at creation. Administrator sign-in uses an essential HttpOnly session cookie and a server-side session record. We do not intentionally log plaintext tokens, administrator passwords or full AI prompts.
AI requests
When you use the AI API, your model request is sent to the configured AI provider, currently EasyAPIKey, to produce a response. Upstream provider credentials remain on the server. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share with the provider. Provider processing is subject to its own terms.
Payments and existing services
Existing checkout and payment notification services may use Creem or another payment provider identified at checkout. Payment providers process payment details under their own policies. We retain transaction references and relevant account information to operate the purchased service; the company website itself does not automatically enroll visitors in a paid plan.
Your information and choices
You can use the controls provided by the product and contact us about access, correction, export or deletion. We may need to verify your identity or the responsible teacher’s authority. Some records may remain in backups or be retained where necessary for security, financial records or applicable obligations. Contact us for the scope of a particular request.
Service providers and updates
Cloudflare provides hosting, data storage and network services. Infrastructure providers may process network and diagnostic information to deliver and protect the service. We do not sell your personal information. We will update this policy when the product’s data practices change; the date above identifies the current version.
