The service and its operator
These terms apply to this product, operated by Beijing Jizhi Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (北京集智创新科技有限公司). By using it, you agree to these terms and the product’s Privacy Policy. Contact service@kitedance.com for support.
Responsible use
Use the service only where you are entitled to do so. Keep account credentials private. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or upload material you do not have permission to use. You retain rights in your own content; you permit the processing needed to provide the features you request.
Company-issued API access
Only use API tokens issued to you by the operator. Protect them as credentials. Tokens can expire, be revoked or reach their request allowance. AI request attempts, including unsuccessful provider requests, count toward the configured allowance. Model listing is rate limited; checking a token does not consume its AI request allowance.
AI output and usage limits
AI responses may be inaccurate. Evaluate output before relying on it. Do not use the API to evade access restrictions or send material you are not entitled to process. The first version limits output to 4,096 tokens per request, with token-specific request and minute rate limits.
Existing purchases
Existing purchase and payment return links remain supported. Prices, renewals and cancellation terms shown at the relevant checkout or in the product’s applicable terms govern those purchases. Contact support with a transaction reference for payment questions; do not send card details.
Availability, changes and support
Features may change or become unavailable for maintenance or development. We do not guarantee a particular learning result, uninterrupted service or compatibility with every device. Keep independent copies of important content where export is available. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
We may restrict access for misuse or to protect the service, and will update these terms for material changes. For questions or a dispute, contact service@kitedance.com so we can try to resolve it.
