本隐私政策说明 KiteDance 如何收集、使用、保护和共享与你使用 KiteDance 网站、桌面应用、API 服务和相关在线收款功能有关的信息。
KiteDance 由北京集智创新科技有限公司提供。我们仅在提供服务、保障账户安全、处理付款和满足法律合规要求所必需的范围内处理个人信息。
1. 我们收集的信息
- 账户信息：邮箱、显示名称、登录状态和账户配置。
- 项目与任务元数据：项目名称、工作流、任务标题、分支名称、状态、时间戳和协作成员信息。
- 付款信息：充值金额、订单号、支付状态、支付服务商返回的交易标识和必要的对账信息。
- 技术信息：设备、应用版本、请求日志、错误日志、安全日志和服务使用量。
2. 聊天记录与模型交互
我们不会留存任何用户的聊天记录，数据会和后端的合规大模型供应商（如 OpenRouter）直接交互。
为了让大模型完成用户明确请求的任务，相关提示词、上下文和模型输出可能会在请求期间发送给合规的大模型供应商。供应商对数据的处理受其自身服务条款、隐私政策和安全承诺约束。
3. 密码和基础设施
我们不会明文存储任何密码信息，所有信息都是加密存储在 Cloudflare 上，我们没有自建机房和数据库。
密码会以安全哈希形式处理。我们使用 Cloudflare 提供的云基础设施、存储和安全能力来运行服务，并采取访问控制、传输加密和最小权限等措施保护数据。
4. Agent Server 和模型调度
我们的大模型 Agent Server 使用的是标准的 Codex App Server，KiteDance 仅仅是一个大模型封装调度。
KiteDance 的核心作用是组织项目、工作流、任务、分支、费用和模型调用路由。我们不会把 KiteDance 描述为自研基础大模型。
5. 我们如何使用信息
- 创建和维护账户、登录会话和团队协作状态。
- 提供项目、工作流、任务、Git worktree、模型调用和计费功能。
- 处理充值、退款、对账、发票、风控和支付争议。
- 监控系统安全、排查故障、改进产品体验和履行法律义务。
6. 信息共享
我们不会出售个人信息。我们可能在必要范围内与云基础设施供应商、支付处理方、大模型供应商、日志与安全服务商以及法律要求的监管或执法机构共享信息。
7. 数据保留
账户、项目、任务、付款和审计记录会在提供服务和满足合规要求所需期间保留。用户可以联系我们请求访问、更正或删除个人信息，但法律、税务、风控或争议处理要求保留的信息除外。
8. 跨境处理
KiteDance 使用云服务和模型供应商，信息可能在不同国家或地区处理。我们会要求服务提供方采取合理安全措施，并在适用法律要求下采取必要的合规安排。
9. 未成年人
KiteDance 面向专业开发者和团队使用，并不面向 13 周岁以下儿童。若我们发现无监护人同意的儿童个人信息，会采取合理措施删除。

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how KiteDance collects, uses, protects, and shares information related to the KiteDance website, desktop app, API services, and online payment features.
KiteDance is provided by Beijing Jizhi Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. We process personal information only as needed to provide the service, protect accounts, process payments, and meet legal compliance requirements.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: email address, display name, login state, and account settings.
- Project and task metadata: project names, workflows, task titles, branch names, statuses, timestamps, and collaborator information.
- Payment information: recharge amount, order id, payment status, payment provider transaction identifiers, and reconciliation records.
- Technical information: device data, app version, request logs, error logs, security logs, and service usage.
2. Chat records and model interaction
We do not retain any user chat records. Data interacts directly with compliant backend large model providers, such as OpenRouter.
To complete tasks requested by users, prompts, context, and model outputs may be sent during the request to compliant model providers. Their processing is governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and security commitments.
3. Passwords and infrastructure
We do not store passwords in plaintext. All information is encrypted and stored on Cloudflare. We do not operate our own data center or database.
Passwords are processed with secure hashing. We use Cloudflare cloud infrastructure, storage, and security capabilities, with access control, encryption in transit, and least-privilege safeguards.
4. Agent Server and model orchestration
Our large model Agent Server uses the standard Codex App Server. KiteDance is only a wrapper and orchestration layer for large models.
KiteDance organizes projects, workflows, tasks, branches, costs, and model routing. We do not present KiteDance as a proprietary foundation model.
5. How we use information
- To create and maintain accounts, login sessions, and team collaboration state.
- To provide projects, workflows, tasks, Git worktrees, model calls, and billing features.
- To process recharges, refunds, reconciliation, invoices, risk control, and payment disputes.
- To monitor security, troubleshoot issues, improve product experience, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information as necessary with cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, model providers, logging and security vendors, and regulators or law enforcement when legally required.
7. Data retention
Account, project, task, payment, and audit records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and meet compliance requirements. Users may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, except where retention is required for legal, tax, risk, or dispute reasons.
8. Cross-border processing
KiteDance uses cloud services and model providers, so information may be processed in different countries or regions. We require service providers to apply reasonable safeguards and use compliance arrangements required by applicable law.
9. Children
KiteDance is intended for professional developers and teams. It is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected children's personal information without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
